As a mentor I aimed to achieve many professional milestones with my mentee, including: Skill development, Overall happiness and wellbeing, Confidence in their career path, Application writing/ submission, Facilitation of professional connections, networking, or sponsorship, and an understanding and awareness of the interior design industry.
