Mentoring supported by United in Design
Mentoring is a well-recognised and powerful tool that enables people to make connections and allows deep, two-way learning.
It is also something you’ve probably all been doing already. For most, it is hard wired into our DNA to help and support others.
When you are successfully matched with a mentee, we ask that you make time over the following year to meet with your mentee. The exact scope of this is to be defined by the pair but, as a rule of thumb, we would say every six weeks and this can be in person or digitally.

How United in Design can Help
Through the UiD network, you will be matched with a mentee aged 18 or over, from our pool of applicants.
Following our mentoring guidelines, you will embark on a mentoring journey as arranged by you and your mentee.
United in Design will match mentor and mentee and monitor the partnership, offering support where required. This service is included in your yearly subscription fee, and there is no additional cost.
