Welcome Breakfast: Cohort Four
The Invisible Collection showroom was buzzing with anticipation and excitement as our incredible interns from Cohort Four gathered for the Career Pathway Welcome Breakfast—a special occasion to officially welcome them as they begin their transformative career journey.
Sophie Ashby and Alex Dauley, Co-Founders of the charity, addressed the audience, warmly welcoming the incoming Cohort Four: Cecil Okoro, Ria Sealy-Hughes, Millicent Simon, Fanta Dembele, Tomi Olaosebikan, and Lucia Lanzalaco. They emphasized the unique perspectives and innovative approaches each intern will bring to the businesses they will collaborate with throughout the pathway year, ultimately helping to increase the competitiveness of the industry.
Our Cohort Four interns represent a diverse and dynamic group, each passionate about driving change and introducing fresh ideas into the interiors industry. Through their rich cultural backgrounds and varied experiences, they will inject new energy and innovation into the sector, elevating standards and shaping its future.
The second speaker, Josephine Mensah, a Cohort 3 graduate now employed by the remarkable These White Walls, delivered an inspiring talk. She shared insightful guidance on how to maximize their placements and create lasting impacts in the industry.
It was a wonderful morning, where our interns not only had the opportunity to network with placement hosts, but also connected with one another, forming bonds over their shared excitement and determination to make a difference. Their journey ahead promises to be one of growth, innovation, and the reshaping of the interiors industry.
